Torque 2.1b : MySQL Script bug still there ?!

Hi,

I have tried latest Torque 2.1b but the generated sql script still 
contains bug. Other that missing ')' at every end of table create ... 
I never succesfully execute script from Torque on MySQLManager
(Win) ...
anybody has the same experiences want to share how to resolve it ?
I am not particularly interested in learning and digging into MYSQL 
language, so I will appreciate if you could just tell me minor 
modifications in Torque-generated script that works
