replace of document

Hi Karl,

Thanks for your continued support. Inside output connector's
addOrReplaceDocumentWithException method is there a way to find if its new
or update of document. I tried searching manifoldcf forum but i couldn't
find the answer.

There is no way in the current API to know this.
