Hello,
Could you give us some feedback as we asked for in the BUG 55325 ?

This will help us diagnose and fix potential issue if any.

I personally use very frequently JMeter on Physical and Virtual machines and
never faced this issue for now.

I am also facing the same issues. I have tried in 2.4, 2.6, 2.9 with ultimate
thread group and also simple thread group. But stil I am getting -ve response in
average column. This is certainly not related to system clock.

As far as I can tell, the JTL file was not produced by the JMX file.

For example, there is a sample with the label
WRS_Student_Nettext_00_Windows_IE_Launch
This appears to have been generated by a Transaction Controller (TC), but there
is no such element in the test plan.

There are some non-zero idle-time entries in the JTL file.
That is very unusual; as far as I know none of the standard JMeter samplers use
the idle-time feature. These are all in what appear to be TC entries, so
perhaps there is an issue with the TC in that regard.

--- Comment #1 from Philippe Mouawad <p....@ubik-ingenierie.com> ---
stepping thread group is a 3rd party plugin.
Please open a bug on concerned project and provide enough elements to
investigate as simple Test Plan.
