[jira] [Created] (CAMEL-20224) Deprecate milliseconds-based input from StopWatch

Otavio Rodolfo Piske created CAMEL-20224:
--------------------------------------------

Summary: Deprecate milliseconds-based input from StopWatch
                 Key: CAMEL-20224
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-20224
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: camel-core
            Reporter: Otavio Rodolfo Piske
            Assignee: Otavio Rodolfo Piske

Quoting [~rhuanrocha] on CAMEL-19734:

"... The constructor StopWatch(long timeMillis) can induce the developer to use it with the System.currentTimeMillis [Ex.: StopWatch(System.currentTimeMillis())] and generate a side effect. I think the better approach is to redefine the StopWatch to work just with nanoTime, and remove the timeMillis ..."
