Restricted Builds to Ubuntu

Hi All,

Due to ongoing issues with out of space on Solaris, I temporarily restricted the builds to only ubuntu. This might slow the build schedule, but hopefully eliminate the false alarms. 

So please pay attention to the jenkins build errors more carefully, now the complains are real and not an artifact of infrastructure.
