Links for Mailinglist are wrong

Hi list,
as a kind of greeting (just subscribed), here is an error on the Torque page
(http://db.apache.org/torque/mail-lists.html):
- The links for subscription should contain the subject (ease of use, no 
real error).
- The links to the archives are both wrong and result in an error.
