Hey Shindig folks,
Some in-progress tests for OpenSocial 0.8.1 -- the focus on this preview is
on the RESTful protocol, but more is under development.

If you have feedback, please respond on the spec list.

Please refer to release notes for more information. We expect full version
to be out in 2 weeks time, till then happy testing.
Release notes
---------------------
- Test suites includes People, Activity and Appdata suites only.
- This release does not cover XRDS, OAUTH
- This version validates only JSON response.
- Validation for XML and Atom is not included in this version
- This tests uses existing .js framework to make the calls and uses
gadgets.io.makeRequest to make calls.
- If the container under test doesn't support PUT, POST, DELETE on
makeRequest then you can not use this suite reliably
- This suite assumes that authentication information will be passed in the
URL i.e. http://baseurl?fields&ST=SECURITY-TOKEN<http://baseurl/?fields&ST=SECURITY-TOKEN>or
similar mechanism where ST and SECURITY-TOKEN are entered by user.
