Content-Length parameter is npt written with capital L

Summary: Content-Length parameter is npt written with capital L
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 2.0.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: HTTP
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: fedelo@freemail.hu

In protocol/http/org/apache/jmeter/protocol/http/sampler/SoapSampler.java the
HTTP Content-Length parameter is Content-length, and some strict firewalls (etc
Zorp) do not let through Soap requests.
