[ANN] Guillaume Sauthier added to the PMC

Hi all,

Due to his sustained interest in the Apache Felix project and his continued contributions to various sub projects, the Apache Felix PMC decided to invite Guillaume Sauthier to become a member of the Apache Felix PMC. An invitation Guillaume accepted.
