Resin 3.x support

Hi everyone,

For those interested, I have added support for Resin 3.x (the version
needs to be greater or equal to 3.0.5 as Resin has changed config format
between 3.0.3 and 3.0.5, and I didn't want to support all possible minor
versions too...).

The resin 3.x support is available in the nightly build at:

http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/nightly/2004-01-18/
