Upgrade to httpclient 4.5.3 to avoid licensing issues HTTPCLIENT-1743/LEGAL-240

We upgraded to 4.5.2 and then back level to 4.5.1 because of KNOX-904

There are some licensing issues with HttoCore 4.4, see:
"HttpCore 4.4 which is part of Apache HttpComponents is distributed along with two licenses: ASL2 + Creative Commons 2.5

There has been recent discussion on the dev list if CC 2.5 is appropriate to be included and whether it sets additional requirements on recipients beyond ASL2. "

Make this change also brings the issue about notations.

This patch is updating some of the classes to use custom build annotations which were using annotations from CC-BY license code.
