Once that SENTRY-1924 is done, then we should rename the hive V2 directories to the common name used for V1 and all the V2 java files must be renamed as well.

dir: sentry-binding-hive-v2 -> sentry-binding-hive
dir: sentry-binding-hive-follower-v2 -> sentry-hive-follower
dir: sentry-tests-hive-v2 -> sentry-tests-hive
