*Current behavior:*
Configure Identities page shows all the configs as described in kerberos descriptor of installed services (kerberos.json)

*Expected behavior:*
All installed services (including kerberos at this point) and all configs of installed services (including configs recommended by kerberos descriptor) should be sent to stack advisor for giving recommendations. 

The stack advisor recommendations should be honored for 
only those configs (value and value attributes) that are described in kerberos descriptor and shown on "Configure Identities" page.

Both defaultValue and recommendedValue should be set from the recommendation API. So undo button does not show infront of  configs that are recommended different value from recommendation API.
