Add logic for XComArg to pull specific map indexes

This allows for a task instance to reference only selected expanded
task instances of a mapped upstream task, which is needed for mapped
task group resolution, where a task only wants to "see" its upstreams
in the same *expanded task group*, not the same task group in different
expansion contexts.
