On reflection may be problematic and perhaps not possible to use as the paper states:
"Each of our datasets were obtained from public sources on the web using a crawler, and are made available for others to use."
I'm no expert on US copyright law but "others to use" may not include using for commercial purposes.
It also has a footnote to [1] which again has no licensing info.
