httpd-trunk/docs/manual/howto/htaccess.xml.es Spanish translation

[Daniel <da...@ezra-s.net>]

Hello,

I translated htaccess.xml from manual/howto to spanish:

httpd-trunk/docs/manual/howto/htaccess.xml.es

Had a very special hard time figuring out a good way to say "per-directory"
in Spanish, which I finally resolved calling it "en contexto directorio". I
think the result is quite readable and understable, so here it is.
