tomee & javaee-api name in distributions

Hi

a quick note to "remind" you now jaavee-api-xxx-tomcat.jar is called
javaee-api-xxx.jar (we basically lost all classifier) since the build
ignores timestamps.

So don't loose like me 10 mn to do diffs etc to try to understand why
we dont have the "right" artifact where it is actually the right one
;)
