YARN-6528.v001.patch adds metric details to the ReservationSystem, and abstracts common functionality between AlignedPlannerWithGreedy and GreedyReservationAgent. Other implementations of ReservationAgent are not included in the patch because the other implementations are used within the AlignedPlannerWithGreedy and GreedyReservationAgent.
