How to use a 'svn diff' file

Hi

A colleague sent me the output file of a 'svn diff' and I don't know
how to use it. I don't've any idea about how to interpret the hundreds
of '+++' and '---' and wonder if there's any command to import it.

Thank you very much.

Read the patch man page.
In particular the documentation of the '-p' parameter.

Carsten.

Hi again.

I used 'patch' Unix command, but 'diff' file contains a lot of :
Index: foodirectory/database.c
===================================================================
--- foodirectory/database.c	(revision 433)
+++ foodirectory/database.c	(working copy)
and I'm always prompted to select the file :(
