Running Ranger on Kubernetes

Hello Ranger users,

If you would like to run Ranger on Kubernetes with minimal effort, we have
created a webpage with the instruction. Ranger 2.0.0 and 2.1.0 are
supported.

Originally the scripts were developed for running Ranger with Hive on MR3,
but now they can be used independently. Hopefully some of you find the
scripts useful.
