[users@httpd] Redirect & Cookie

Hello group.
 
Exists some directive in the Apache configuration so that, according to the content of a cookie sent to the server home page (i.e. http://www.myserver.com <http://www.myserver.com/> ), the server redirects to other page (for example http://www.myserver.com/novel.html)?
