[PR] docs: repoint dist.apache.org links away from the incubator path [kvrocks-website]

Both `dist.apache.org` links in `maturity.md` still use the incubator path, which 404s since Kvrocks graduated to a top-level project:
- `/repos/dist/release/incubator/kvrocks/` in the RE10 row
- `/repos/dist/release/incubator/kvrocks/KEYS` in the RE30 row
The current locations are `/repos/dist/release/kvrocks/` and `/repos/dist/release/kvrocks/KEYS`. I requested all four URLs: the two incubator ones return 404, the two replacements return 200. RE30 is the row asserting that the KEYS file is available, so it was pointing at a 404.
I checked the other 197 URLs across the site. The only other stale one is `github.com/apache/incubator-kvrocks` in the CO70 row, which still resolves because GitHub redirects renamed repos, so I left it alone. Say the word if you would rather it read `apache/kvrocks` too. The `${release_version}` URLs in the release guides are shell templates, not links.
