Log:
committing an improved PsychoPath XPath jar. this improvement solves the XSD 1.1 test suite test, s3_12ii06s. we now do extra static checks within PsychoPath engine, to check if the target type of "cast as" is an atomic type and is present in the in-scope schema types. the corresponding code base at Eclipse CVS was also updated for this improvement.
