SPARK-30066 introduce `IntervalColumnAccessor` and it  accepts 2 constructor parameters: `buffer` and `dataType`, the `dataType` is unused because the parameter passed to `BasicColumnAccessor` is a constant `CALENDAR_INTERVAL`
