[HEADS UP] - Rest DSL change in Camel 3.16

Hi

The Rest DSL was designed with a flaw that complicates the core DSL
model in Camel, that makes things more complicated in Camel v3 with
proper multiple language support for DSLs.

We are working on aligning and cleanup various bits in the model.

In the Rest DSL we have just removed the embedded route functionality.
