The attached patch seizes these visual issues by changing the css-file of the bluelight-theme:
* Removed mouse-hover on screenlet-titles.
* Improved the main-navigation (see screenshot)
* Consistent background in light-blue added.

Screenshot shows case in Firefox. IE is without gradient colours.
