Error creating new context

Error saving ("Commit changes") new context with '/' char
into his name, for example i need to create "/app/bpb" context.

Workaround:
I create "/appbpb" context and then I modify
the path attribute from "/appbpb" to "/app/bpb" 
into the "<HOME>/conf/Catalina/localhost/appbpb.xml"
