I tested this in IE with the princess.css test file. 3 files were generated.
*ie-cmp.css, *ie-cmp1.css, and *ie-cmp2.css.

*ie-cmp.css file has 847 selectors
*ie-cmp1.css has 8190 selectors (TOO MANY)
*ie-cmp2.css has 5 selectors.

So the fix is not correct.
