New "from" address for gerrit email

Some mailer configurations changed recently that was preventing mail
delivery from gerrit. To solve the issue, I changed the
gerrit.cloudera.org config so that email now comes from
'gerrit@cloudera.org' instead of 'gerrit@some-weird-ec2-ip.internal'.

I whitelisted the new 'from' address on dev@kudu.i.a.o. Impala folks:
you may need to do similar if you see gerrit emails getting stuck in a
moderation queue.

Also, anyone who currently has filters based on the old EC2 IP address
should probably update them.
