httpd: could not set socket option TCP_NODELAY

httpd: could not set socket option TCP_NODELAY

A cron job that I have to kill -15 and restart apache is reporting this.

Something to worry about ?

FreeBSD 2.1.5-STABLE &  Apache 1.2-dev of a few weeks back.
