   @sadpandajoe's point about `ChartCreation` redirecting client-side while `Dashboard.new()` does a server-side `redirect(url_for(...))` looks like the real lead here. Proxy header configs alone haven't fixed it for @dsuarez despite matching everything dosu suggested. Would moving dashboard creation to a client-side redirect, like charts already do, get us off relying on proxy header trust to rebuild the Location header?
