2017-03-28: hangout minutes

Hi,

today's hangout took place with Anatole and me and the following topics:

* @Oliver: please start with the release preparations, we are okay with
that. Tamaya core is fine

* @Philipp: will take care of the homepage and add latest javaland stuff
to it

* @Anatole:
** held a talk at Javaland with roughly 20-30 people attending
** implemented microprofile.io-API as a sandbox module
** current build failures in sandbox are related to PAX-testSetup -> if
anyone knows on how to properly fix this, help is welcome

* @Oliver: Anatole is (like me) unable to read or access your Jira
filters? Can you adjust their rights or make them publicly available?
