Attaching patch 1a, which corrects the link to the KEYS file.
I also deleted release-10.6.2.1.cgi and updated the link on the downloads page.
release-10.5.3.0.cgi doesn't exist anymore, and the other (newer) download pages all have "Verifying releases" section.
