    We use the html generator to create and publish documentation for our services. We primarily use the program level doctext to insert html documentation for the entire service.
    We would like to add richer content up top, but are limited by the escaping performed by the html generator on doctexts.
    This patch adds the "noescape" flag to simply render doctexts as-is.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/captncraig/thrift unsafe-html

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/266.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
