The tests currently take 70 seconds on my machine:
[==========] 200 tests from 37 test cases ran. (68963 ms total)

There are some major culprits:
[----------] 12 tests from ZooKeeperTest (27484 ms total)
[----------] 5 tests from SampleFrameworks (12529 ms total)
[----------] 8 tests from ResourceOffersTest (4166 ms total)
[----------] 2 tests from AllocatorZooKeeperTest/0 (4128 ms total)
[----------] 3 tests from GarbageCollectorTest (3117 ms total)

Hopefully there are some quick gains to be had.
