CPU spike problems on 5.0.19

I'm no expert, but I would think that some profilers might be able to 
tell you.. However, I would think that most experts would suggest that 
each webapp be tested individually to make sure that each is good. 
However, I'd bet that this isn't very feasible for you, so I couldn't 
tell you what to do.

I just fixed an infinite loop condition in my webapp that definitely 
caused CPU spikes and eventually tomcat crashes.

Make sure there isn't a problem with your code.
