BUG 1912 - Please, why StatelessForm cannot be repaired - it is very important bug request

I would like to ask, why this bug cannot be simple repaired ?
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-1912

Its a very serious problems and many people reported this on this forum.
It takes a really long time - months. Many other bugs and enhancements
were done, but why not this one - it's so important thing.

We are developing more stateless sites - and in every application we must
hack
such a simple and common component -StatelessForm.
Please, do something widt this bug. ;)

I just committed fix to trunk (1.4). Can you give it a try?
