thanks Harish - success!
1. I moved WEB-INF/classes/Home.class to WEB-INF/classes/demo/Home.class
2. copied the Tapestry jars and contents of Tapestry-3.0-beta-3/lib/ext and
Tapestry-3.0-beta-3/lib/runtime to WEB-INF/lib
i guess it's because i'm servlet-stupid that i was clueless to #2? where
would i have learned that? and i'm guessing this is what ant does: copies
all those files from my development location to tomcat's appropriate
directories?
