   black, mypy and pre-commit. pre-commit is added as a dev dependency in poetry
   
   To enable these hooks ->
   
   - pip install pre-commit
   - pre-commit install
   
   Please see [pre-commit](https://pre-commit.com/#usage)
   
   A local .gitignore specific to python was also added
