Use of Crystal Icons

Smashing new website, mates!

One point, however: The shiny icons you use look very similar to the
Crystal Icon set by Everaldo. (See everaldo.com.) To my knowledge,
this icon set was only ever released under the GPL. The website (being
in Apache SVN) is under the ASL.

Are we clear legally here?
