   It is just a last version suggested my Maven docs: https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-jar-plugin/
   But in Maven central for some reason this version of `maven-jar-plugin` is absent: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.maven.plugins/maven-jar-plugin
   Just removed the string with version overriding for this plugin.
