[ANNOUNCE] Apache Flink 1.1.5 Released

The Apache Flink community is pleased to announce the availability of Flink 1.1.5, which is the next bugfix release for the 1.1 series.

For users of the Flink 1.1 series, please update your Maven dependencies to the new 1.1.5 version and update your binaries.
