Add TOC to PDF Userguide
Seems to me it would be very useful to have a TOC (table of contents)
in the PDF version of the userguide.
However, I cannot work out how to enable this - the documentation for
the Maven DocBookX plugin is rather limited (and some of the links no
longer work).
Anyone here know how to enable this?
If not, I could try asking on the Maven Users list.

Nice. Those bookmarks are really useful.

TRY the following 2 XSLT parameters:
section.autolabel = 1
fop1.extensions = 1
Not sure which extension you guys use. If you can point me to your

For instance, Spring Framework Reference document has those
http://static.springsource.org/spring/docs/3.0.x/spring-framework-reference/pdf/spring-framework-reference.pdf
