Add TOC to PDF Userguide

Seems to me it would be very useful to have a TOC (table of contents)
in the PDF version of the userguide.

However, I cannot work out how to enable this - the documentation for
the Maven DocBookX plugin is rather limited (and some of the links no
longer work).

Anyone here know how to enable this?

If not, I could try asking on the Maven Users list.

Nice. Those bookmarks are really useful.

I think the plugin uses FOP under the hood.

The source of the tutorial can be found here:

http://static.springsource.org/spring/docs/3.0.x/spring-framework-reference/pdf/spring-framework-reference.pdf
