   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
   
   We need to use `-DPROTOBUF_HOME` instead of `-DPROTO*` to use specific ProtoBuf in bundled ORC. If we don't specify it, ORC uses bundled ProtoBuf. It may conflict ProtoBuf used by Arrow.
   
   https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/121566 hits this problem.
