Ignore CVS subdirectories in included configuration directories

Summary: Ignore CVS subdirectories in included configuration
                    directories
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.29
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Other
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tma@gatehouse.dk

I keep all my Apache config in CVS. This causes problems when I have e.g an

   include /etc/apache/conf.d

because Apache complains that it does not understand "Entries" etc:

Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache/conf.d/CVS/Entries:
Invalid command 'D/conf.d////', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by
a module not included in the server configuration

Suggested solution: Ignore CVS directories inside included directories.
