Creating a RAT-release / need a review partner in UTC+1 - anyone?

Hi folks and Creadur/RAT-interested people,

as some time has passed since the last release a lot of changes have
happened and I'd love to have a second pair of eyes when I try to create
a release from the current SNAPSHOT.

Is there anyone willing to have some kind of remote pairing session with
me in UTC+1?

I've created the last release, but
* we moved to Git
* changed the way we build our site
and did not publicly announce RAT 0.13.

At the moment I'm still working on some dependency updates via RAT-290,
but this should not block a release.
