Spiegel Preview - Initial Release - Scalable CouchDB Replication & Change Listening

Hi!

We've finally gotten around to open sourcing our spiegel
<https://github.com/redgeoff/spiegel> code, which allows you to easily
scale replication and change listening.

I'm planning on writing a medium post on how to get started and another on
how to configure Spiegel for different scenarios. Stay tuned :)

I'd love any feedback!
