[DISCUSS][linkis-httpclient]It is recommended that the linkis-httpclient module supports gateway HA

Problem Description

Now the linkis-httpclient module does not support the HA of the gateway,
and the task will fail when the used gateway hangs up
solutions

Add retry to enable httpClient to support Gateway HA, when one gateway
hangs up, it can quickly switch to another
