This is not actually a bug. The memory is not fixed to 1Mb. Its just that 
processing XSL-FO is a resource intensive task. Please follow the link for 
suggestions on how to solve this issue;

have.

BTW, please can you attach sample files to the bug rather than just pasting 
their contents in. Thanks
