Page spec parse error

Hi all,

Following the error I got when trying to get part of a frame filled.
The .page & .html files that are causing the error:

<page-specification class="org.dcg.platform.Scripts">
    <component id="scrPopup" type="Script">
        <static-binding 
name="script">/org/dcg/jwc/popup/PopUp.script</static-binding>
    </component>
</page-specification>

.html file only contains the line:
<span jwcid="scrPopup"/>

I'm a bit baffled 4 now.
Anybody any suggestion?
